A viable opportunity has been identified in Somerset East on the “HorseShoe” lands. Blue Crane Agricultural Investments has conducted baseline studies and feel that this land is viable for the growth of Pecan nuts. The land is currently untilized and belongs to the Muncipality.

 

Blue Crane wishes to engage with the municipality in a lease agreement or partnership to immediately impliment our business case study of growing Pecan nuts and creating a viable business model from the municipality. This opportunity will also generate employement and has a potential to start an agricultural school.
